INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is provided to us.
APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES
(does not include weekends/public holidays)
USA: 3–8 business days (tracking available)
Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)
Delayed delivery – In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated time frame due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak seasonal volumes. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship out a replacement package.
This may be more common during busy holiday seasons (Nov–Dec), promotions, or global shipping congestion.
PET FOOD, TREATS & OTHER EDIBLE PRODUCTS
Please note that pet food, treats, supplements, chews, and any edible items follow separate handling and safety standards due to freshness and quality requirements.
Edible products cannot be returned once opened or if the packaging has been compromised.
If an edible product arrives damaged, spoiled, or affected by temperature/weather delays, please contact us immediately with photos.
In cases of shipping delays that may impact product freshness, we may provide refunds or replacements, depending on the condition upon arrival.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery estimate.
Processing time: 3–5 business days
Orders typically take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, and handed over to the carrier).
Once your order has been processed and picked up by our shipping partner, an email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.
During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take longer.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
If you request a cancellation within 30 minutes and the order has not yet been processed, a $20 transaction fee will apply.
If we confirm that your order is already processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
