Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier location.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation and at our discretion.


Mechanical, Electronic & Furniture Items (After-Sales Support)

Mechanical, electronic, and furniture items are not covered by traditional repair, maintenance, or manufacturer warranty services through our store.

If such items arrive damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution, at our discretion.

Please note that issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, assembly errors, accidental damage, or modifications after delivery are not eligible for after-sales support.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, treats, supplements, flowers, or plants)

  • Pet food, pet treats, and other edible products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene items that have been used or opened

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Pet food, pet treats, and other edible products follow separate handling and safety standards due to freshness and quality requirements.
These items cannot be returned once opened or if the packaging has been compromised.

If an edible product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can review the issue and provide assistance such as a refund or replacement when appropriate.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
